Reading Lolita In Tehran

So I finished this book after much struggling. It is a great, thought provoking book. But it seemed so "jumpy". It wasn't very fluid and she seemed to jump from one topic to another. Now one can justify this by saying, that is the emotional state she is trying to convey, but it makes the reading very difficult.

However, the hearts and minds of the women in Iran including the things they loved and feared was very moving and I am glad I read it.

Hey! I read this book a few years ago when it first came out. There was a Barnes and Noble book club discussion group and the author was one of the participants. I got more out of the book becuase she was there offering her insights.
